3 Years, 30 Cities, with more than 22,000 young people engaged, the third Enterprise Challenge Pakistan National Finals was held at British High Commission, Karachi, on 28th January 2019, with support of Engro Foundation, Jubilee Life Insurance, British Council, ZAFA Pharmaceutical, Sana Safinaz and Avari Group.
Enterprise Challenge Pakistan (ECP) is the largest business challenge for school children in the country. An initiative of Prince’s Trust International and SEED Ventures, ECP focuses on inculcating entrepreneurship and creating a new supply line of young entrepreneurs across Sind, Baluchistan, Khyber Pukhtunkhwa, Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, Punjab and federal region.
Teams of young participants flew in from all over the country to pitch their social enterprise ideas to a panel of judges and audience at the Deputy High Commission. The team from Gilgit Baltistan received won the third National Finals while Team Sind bagged the Audience Choice Award. The event received brilliant coverage from print and electronic media; members of the corporate and public sector, academia, diplomatic community as well as ECP mentors were present to witness the brilliant pitches.
