Under Florida law, we are considered a no fault state. What that means is every person who owns a vehicle and has their vehicle licensed properly is required to carry PIP insurance, Personal Injury Protection insurance, and what that means is if you’re involved in an accident your PIP insurance is the primary coverage for the first $10,000. That’s all that means.
