Imagine these 3 situations:
1. You and your spouse are out of town, and without your knowledge or consent, your teenage son or daughter throws a party at your house. Minors are at the party, they are drinking, and a 16 year old driving home from the party after having too much to drink causes a series auto accident. You are now being sued. Do you have insurance coverage?
3. You are having a small gathering at your home, and one of your more elderly guests who is arriving trips on a toy your child left on the walkway, falls, and hits their head hard on the concrete, severely injured. You are now being sued for medical costs and damages. Do you have any insurance coverage.
All these situations potentially fall under personal liability coverage. Do you have personal liability coverage? Where do you find it? We are going to discuss all of that in this week’s How Insurance Works Podcast.
